i took too many photos this weekend. i will mix it up a bit, so now another one from the counter protest to the aryan nation march.
after a heavily political photo set yesterday, it was Fiesta DC today. my favorite street fest and i wouldn’t miss it. as always amazing groups from pretty much across the east coast representing the different latin communities … one more colorful and friendly than the other. the full set can be found on flickr.
i took this shot earlier today during a march by the aryan nation here in DC. the guy in the photo is not one of the aryans, he was one of the many more counter protesters. it was great to see so many more counter protesters show up and aryans (i would say the aryans were outnumbered 6 to 1 at least by counter protesters). i posted a bunch more photos of the event in a flickr set.
